What is DLTECHNOLOGY?

DLTECHNOLOGY is a WiFi billing and captive portal platform for hotspot business owners in Tanzania. MikroTik HotSpot is fully supported on RouterOS 7, together with Ubiquiti UniFi and TP-Link Omada. Guests pay with vouchers or mobile money. DLTECHNOLOGY AI can also adopt Omada APs from one sticker photo.

Who founded DLTECHNOLOGY?

DLTECHNOLOGY was founded by Joshua Gilbert, who serves as CEO and Founder Engineer of both DLTECHNOLOGY and RafikiAI Company — independent companies that operate separately.

What is the relationship between RafikiAI and DLTECHNOLOGY?

RafikiAI Company and DLTECHNOLOGY are independent companies. Both were founded by Joshua Gilbert and operate separately. DLTECHNOLOGY focuses on WiFi hotspot billing in Tanzania; RafikiAI focuses on broader technology and infrastructure work.

Which WiFi access points work with DLTECHNOLOGY?

DLTECHNOLOGY fully supports MikroTik HotSpot on RouterOS 7, Ubiquiti UniFi, and TP-Link Omada. MikroTik owners paste one script in Winbox and press Verify. Guests then buy vouchers or pay with mobile money on the same captive portal.

What is DLTECHNOLOGY AI AP sticker scanning?

DLTECHNOLOGY AI is a smart scanner in the DLTECHNOLOGY owner portal. Take one picture of your TP-Link Omada EAP label and AI reads the serial number and device key so you can adopt the access point without typing — then name your guest WiFi and go live.
